Pumped pancakes

These little babies are full of goodness, gluten free and will keep you satisfied, as well as having a “gut healing twist” with the addition of Diatomaceous earth. makes 4 medium pancakes.

Feel free to make substitutions with flour types if necessary

1 banana

2 eggs

½ cup buckwheat flour

1 large tablespoon almond butter

1 tbs diatomaceous earth

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (clean)

1 cup of milk of choice

Blend together and then either make small or large pancakes.  I like the small ones as then you can grab and go.

Supercharge Tip: add a tsp of super greens powder and or a handful of spinach
