Feel free to make substitutions with flour types if necessary
½ cup buckwheat flour
1 large tablespoon almond butter
1 tbs diatomaceous earth
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (clean)
1 cup of milk of choice
Blend together and then either make small or large pancakes. I like the small ones as then you can grab and go.
Supercharge Tip: add a tsp of super greens powder and or a handful of spinach
